
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk / All-Around Staff member to join our team at Lylie Hotel. This role is ideal for someone who is flexible, organized, and comfortable handling a variety of responsibilities. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth stay.
Your responsibilities will include assisting guests during check-in and check-out, managing payments, maintaining accurate records both manually and in our system, coordinating with other staff, and providing excellent customer service. From time to time, you may also help with basic housekeeping, quality checks, and administrative tasks to support hotel operations.

- Assist guests with inquiries, concerns, and general information, ensuring a friendly and helpful experience for both current and future guests.
- Welcome and orient arriving guests, providing a warm introduction to the hotel and its amenities.
- Promote the hotel’s services and advantages, helping guests understand the benefits of staying with us.
- Coordinate daily activities with other staff, ensuring smooth operations across all departments.
- Support administrative and accounting tasks, including check-in/check-out processing, receiving payments, remitting collections, and managing operating cash advances.
- Prepare reports and provide feedback to help improve operations and guest satisfaction.
- Input and update data in the hotel’s system accurately and efficiently.
- Perform quality control checks, such as inspecting rooms, monitoring food preparation services, and checking facilities and equipment against hotel standards; identify any issues and ensure corrective action is taken.
- Assist housekeeping when needed, serving as backup support to maintain cleanliness and readiness of rooms and common areas.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or shifts as needed
- Open to relocating or living near Banilad, Mandaue City
- Able to communicate clearly in conversational English
